Essential info

·      Friday 4th July 2025 – 6pm – 11pm

·      Saturday 5th July 2025 – 1pm – 11pm

Bring your tickets, cash/cards for purchasing on site (There is no cash point on site), your ID (for ticket collection and if you want to purchase alcohol), a small bag (see separate FAQ below about bags), an empty refillable water bottle and all your friends (of course!)

Please don’t bring cool boxes or rigid containers, any glass, your own food and drink, alcohol, hampers, large rucksacks or bags, tables, event shelters / tents / gazebos, sharp items, lasers, aerosol cans, professional cameras or video recording equipment

Security will be present on site at all times and anyone accessing the site will pass via various security measures we have in place. All attendees may undergo bag / body searches as a condition of entry and as part of our premises licence as stipulated by the council. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event. Please be prepared for checks and queueing upon entry, we will work through this as quickly as possible however have these plans in place for everyone’s safety. 

General FAQ's

We have a small free car park at the event on the grass field. Where possible, please use public transport or walk to the event to minimalise the amount of vehicle we must manage. 

We have a mobiloo toilet for attendees who may require it as well as an accessible viewing platform for the main stage. There is limited accessible parking also at the event.

In short yes you can, however we discourage this where possible. We have to find your details and check you out of the event to ensure you can check back in, this can be time consuming so please avoid doing it where possible!

You’re not able to bring pets to the event. Due to the nature of festivals, the setting could be uncomfortable for pets so we do not allow them. Guide/assistance dogs are allowed on the site – please notify us by emailing [email protected] if you are going to be bringing your guide/assistance dog. 

All food / drink vendors and stall holders will accept cash and card / contactless. There is no cash point on site. The closest is the Petrol Station (Chargeable) and the Coop (Free).

Although we don’t encourage camping chairs as it can congest the arena you are allowed to bring them to the event. Small event shelters, gazebos and tents are not permitted.

Ticket FAQ's

These are the processing fees to cover our ticket provider costs.

Yes you do, even though tickets are free you must still obtain these tickets. We need to make sure we know who and how many people are on site, getting your tickets (even if free) allows us to do this.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your tickets will be sent to you instantly via email. Please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder just in case) for your e-tickets.

 

If you experience any delays or issues with receiving your tickets, feel free to contact us.

We have four ticket tiers which offer a greater reward the earlier you buy your tickets. Super Early Bird tickets are your cheapest way of attending the festival with tickets purchased On The Day being the most costly.

 

Super Early Bird  – Until 17th November 2024

Early Bird – Until 27th April 2024

Standard – Available until one day before the event

On The Day – Available online and on the gates on the event date

Age Restrictions & Policies

If you’re looking to purchase alcohol from any of our bars at the event then you need to bring ID. We have a challenge 25 policy, please don’t be offended if we ask to see your ID. It’s our job.

In line with our premesis licence, no alcohol or food is to be brought onto the event site. We have a quality selection of food & drink vendors on site to suite every dietary requirement. Please note we allow 1 x bottle of water / juice per person to be brought on and you can bring in food / drinks for babies.
