We want everyone to feel welcome and able to enjoy WrdeUp comfortably. Here’s what we currently have in place for accessibility:
Mobiloo Unit
We’re proud to provide a Mobiloo, a fully accessible mobile toilet facility with an adult-sized changing bench and hoist, available on site throughout the weekend. This service helps ensure that everyone has access to suitable and dignified toilet facilities.
Accessible Parking
A limited number of accessible parking spaces will be available close to the main entrance.

Site Conditions
The WrdeUp site is mostly flat and open, taking place on grass fields. While we do our best to keep the ground accessible, please be aware that weather conditions could affect the terrain and movement across the site.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome registered assistance dogs at WrdeUp. If you plan to bring an assistance dog, please let us know in advance by contacting [email protected].
Important Information
Strobe Lighting:
Please be aware that strobe lighting and flashing effects may be used during artists’ performances. There will not be separate warnings immediately before periods of strobe lighting.
Medication:
If you need to bring prescribed medication with you, it must be clearly labelled. Please keep any medication in a clear bag for inspection upon entry if required.
Food and Drink:
Please note that personal food and drink are not permitted in the main arena.
However, if you have specific dietary needs due to a medical condition, please contact us in advance to arrange permission.
